Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are hand‑printed and inspected within 1–3 business days before shipping.

  • Standard Shipping (Free in Canada):

    • Canada: Asendia ePAQPlus — 10–14 business days (no additional cost).

    • United States: USPS First Class — 5–7 business days (calculated at checkout).

  • Expedited Shipping (Optional Upgrade):

    • Canada: Asendia Expedited — 5–8 business days (+ $4.99 flat rate).

    • United States: USPS Priority or Express — 2–5 business days (rates vary by weight).

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If your case arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

  • Pre‑Designed Cases:

    • Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customer covers return shipping.

  • Customized Cases:

    • Because each design is made-to-order, personalized cases cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. However, if there’s a print error or defect, we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

  • How to Start a Return:

    1. Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

    2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for defects) or instructions for your return (for pre‑designed items).

    3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 2–3 business days.
