Processing Time: All orders are hand‑printed and inspected within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Standard Shipping (Free in Canada):

Canada: Asendia ePAQPlus — 10–14 business days (no additional cost).

United States: USPS First Class — 5–7 business days (calculated at checkout).

Expedited Shipping (Optional Upgrade):

Canada: Asendia Expedited — 5–8 business days (+ $4.99 flat rate).

United States: USPS Priority or Express — 2–5 business days (rates vary by weight).

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your case arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Pre‑Designed Cases:

Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customer covers return shipping.

Customized Cases:

Because each design is made-to-order, personalized cases cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. However, if there’s a print error or defect, we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return:

Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for defects) or instructions for your return (for pre‑designed items).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 2–3 business days.
